At our site in Ghislenghien, Belgium, we develop and manufacture high precision polyamide-based insulation solutions for aluminum windows, doors, and facades.
From here, we serve the Benelux and French markets.

What you contribute

In this role, you will be responsible for leading our construction project, consisting of offices and a factory hall, from start to finish.
Additionally, you will be involved in the relocation of our current production facility to this new factory hall.
After the project you will be part of the operations team for the further optimisation of our processes and projects.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the construction project from concept to completion.
• Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to deliver projects within specified deadlines and budgets.
• Maintain relationships with contractors to submit and compare price inquiries.
• Act as the primary point of contact for architects, contractors, and government agencies.
• Report progress and results of the project to the management team.

What makes you stand out

• You have a bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering (Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field).
• You already have some experience as a project manager or construction project manager.
• You speak French, English and Dutch fluently.
• You have excellent communication and organizational skills.
• You are able of optimizing and anticipating problems, which you can detect and solve quickly.
• You can cope with resistance and adversity and act decisively in unexpected situations. You take responsibility for the decisions you make and communicate project progress spontaneously at the highest level.
• You generate new working methods and help others to constantly improve the work process. You show personal commitment, drivenness and flexibility to achieve your objectives right through to completion.
• You demonstrate authenticity in your professional interactions, building trusting relationships with colleagues through an empathetic and respectful attitude.
• You are able to work independently while recognising the importance of collaboration with team members to achieve objectives. You contribute actively to discussions and share your ideas constructively.
