We are looking for a IT Process Manager (m/f/d) for our IT & Digital - Process Management Department. This position can be filled in Mannheim or Fürth.

Your Tasks

  • As part of our Chapter Process Management within the IT & Digital organization, you will accompany the IT process transformation of Europe's leading healthcare provider and support the organization.
  • You are responsible for identifying, planning, and implementing measures to drive process excellence within IT & Digital.
  • You contribute to further develop Process Management as foundation for our Target Operating Model and facilitate the modeling and continuous improvement of the Digital and IT processes.
  • You know the application ARIS well: you have solid knowledge in the tool’s administration, you are familiar with its modeling capabilities, and you know about other application related capabilities.
  • You ensure that the BPM methods and tools are continuously evolving.
  • You are responsible for conducting ARIS and methodology trainings.
  • You support the further development of the BPM community.
  • You support strengthening the BPM framework by ensuring process modeling consistency and facilitating process governance meetings.

Your Profile

  • Degree in computer science, process management or comparable professional experience
  • At least 3 year of professional experience in the field of process management
  • Experience in the ARIS application (both administration & usage)
  • Knowledge of different modelling notations (EPC, BPMN, Archimate, etc.)
  • Independent, structured way of working and analytical skills, fun with new technologies
  • Service orientation, high willingness to learn and being a team player
  • Solid knowledge in ITSM processes (preferably ITIL v.4 certified)
  • Fluent in English and German
