What you'll do

• Drive the evolution of our design system alongside our dynamic design team, prioritizing coherence, consistency, inclusion, and accessibility across all digital products.
• Implement updates and refinements to the design system, aligning interfaces with industry standards and best practices to enhance user experience.
• Develop digital interfaces for various products, ensuring alignment with Knauf's design system guidelines to deliver exceptional user experiences.
• Integrate design system components seamlessly into new and existing digital products, maintaining brand consistency and quality.
• Foster collaborative relationships with product managers and developers to continuously iterate and improve digital offerings, promoting a culture of innovation and excellence.

Who you are

• With a degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 5 years of UI design experience, you bring proficiency in tools like Figma and a solid grasp of HTML/CSS, ensuring designs are both visually stunning and technically sound.
• Your passion for design and technology fuels your role as a creative visionary, constantly seeking to innovate and redefine standards in the digital realm, pushing boundaries for impactful experiences.
• Lifelong learning drives you to stay ahead of the curve, exploring new trends and technologies in UI design and related fields, ensuring your skills remain cutting-edge and adaptable.
• Collaborative and empathetic, you excel at deciphering user needs and translating them into intuitive design solutions, fostering seamless teamwork across departments for exceptional outcomes.
• Meticulous attention to detail allows you to turn conceptual ideas into polished interfaces, exceeding user expectations and elevating user experiences with every project.
