Server Platform Architect - OT (m/f/d)

What you'll do

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, project managers, and system administrators to understand business requirements and objectives related to server platform architecture in the OT domain
• Develop comprehensive architectural designs and blueprints for OT server infrastructure, emphasizing virtualization technologies, private cloud and on-premise server clusters
• Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies and solutions to meet business needs, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and security standards
• Lead the implementation and deployment of architectural solutions, providing guidance and support to project teams throughout the execution phase
• Design automated deployment processes for server platforms to ensure efficiency, consistency, and scalability
• Conduct thorough assessments of existing OT server infrastructure to identify areas for improvement and optimization

Who you are

• Several years of experience in architecting server platform solutions within enterprise environments, with a strong focus on OT systems, virtualization technologies, and private cloud
• Deep understanding of server virtualization principles, technologies, and best practices, particularly with VMware
• Familiarity with OT systems and their integration with server platforms
• Proficiency in designing and implementing server hardware and software components in OT environments
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools, with a track record of successfully leading complex architectural projects
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders
