What you'll do

  • Lead the development and updates of IT and cross IT/OT projects, including Greenfield and Brownfield projects
  • Manage the entire project lifecycle including planning, organization, team formation, and execution in alignment with the project charter
  • Control project deliverables with a strong focus on quality, budget, and timelines, including managing template/pilot projects, rollouts, and release projects
  • Continuous project assessment through controlling and steering mechanisms, and provide regular updates and reports to the project team, program management, and stakeholders
  • Ensuring effective communication within the project, document decision-making processes, and ensure comprehensive creation and management of project documentation

Who you are

  • Proven success in management and delivery of complex IT projects within scope / quality, budget and specified timeframes, while ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Strong PM professional background of at least three years in a renowned global consultancy or similar in-house position within a global organization
  • IT background within area of general IT non-SAP and SAP landscape
  • Ideally, you have experience in IT/OT – with focus over OT manufacturing processes and projects
  • Experience in project management concepts (PMP, PRINCE2 or similar certification)
  • You are a fluent English speaker, German and Polish are a plus
