What you'll do

  • As an integral part of our Security Awareness team, you will support the continous improvement of the Information Security Awareness program
  • You design and implement scalable change management activities that sustainably strengthen our security culture across the entire Knauf Group
  • You are responsible for developing a network of change multipliers throughout our locations worldwide
  • You coordinate group-wide change communication and advise our stakeholders in the change situation (e.g., by creating and moderating workshops)
  • You develop educational formats for all employee groups together with our training specialists
  • You provide tools and techniques to ensure transparency, communication, and collaboration throughout the change process

Who you are

  • Due to your experience and your toolbox of methods, you can handle complex tasks confidently, analyze and structure them and develop suitable, practical measures
  • Ideally, you have a degree in Change Management, (Business) Psychology, Human Resources or comparable qualifications
  • You have an affinity to work in an international IT environment and are excited to gain knowledge in the area of Information Security
  • Your communication and writing skills are excellent and you can create professional and persuasive content even at short notice
  • You are able to work on eye level with your stakeholders to maintain a positive collaboration and translate technology into business language
  • You are fluent in English, and German is a plus
