What does the role involve?

You will drive sourcing, purchasing, and supply for specific product lines actively shaping their strategy, development, and profitability. You will also manage specific product commodities and services, devise category group strategies, foster strong supplier relationships, negotiate terms, and steer supply enhancement projects in partnership with various internal teams and external partners.

What you need is:

• University degree in engineering or a related field.
• Proven capability in managing strategic supply topics.
• Demonstrated proficiency in strategy creation and execution with diverse stakeholders, even with limited information.
• Experience in leading cost-optimization, cross-functional projects, and fluency in English; German proficiency is a bonus.
• Proactive, open-minded thinker with pragmatic, hands-on skills and excellent communication across organizational levels.
