Team Leader* Industry Segment Management - Vertical Market Industry

Tasks:

  • Continued development and implementation of a sustainable global market approach
  • Management of the markets Automation, Robotics and Machinery
  • Leadership of a high performing global team of Industry Segment Managers; direct and indirect
  • Establish cross-divisional collaboration beyond departments and geographical regions
  • Drive a compelling solution & service offering to achieve above average sales growth
  • Intensified cooperation with Key Account Management to improve the in-house share
  • Ensuring spot-on market and application-specific communication measures
  • Representing the HARTING Technology Group in relevant committees and organizations

Requirements:

  • University degree in technology or economics (MSc, MA, MBA)
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar position and industry
  • Strategy development, budget planning and business management
  • Direct or indirect leadership responsibility for international teams
  • Familiar with global corporate structures and working in matrix organizations
  • Experience in stakeholder management and intercultural cooperation
  • Self-motivated, persistent, resilient, open minded and hands-on
  • Spoken and written language skills: English business fluent, 2nd language based on location
