We are currently looking for our future Certification Engineer (m/f/d) based in Blieskastel for a permanent contract.

Mission:

• Reporting to the Certification Manager, you will implement the certification process for new products and maintain existing certifications for the enclosure assembly systems product segment.
• You will be responsible for the:
• Certification of enclosure assembly systems worldwide, especially for the “German meter board” solution, to ensure that the respective laws, regulations, directives and standards are met;
• Assess conformity and generate “Declarations of Conformity”;
• Carrying out standards-analyses and define action plans to maintain the certificates.
• Plan, oversee and participate in manufacturing plant inspections and audits;

Your profile

• University degree Bachelor/Master in electrical engineering with specialisation in energy technology or similar professional education with further training as a technician and with at least 5 years of experience.
• Knowledge of Standards for enclosure assembly systems and especially for the “German meter board” is essential.
• With proven knowledge in Electrical Engineering, you should have significant experience in enclosure assembly systems verification and ideally in the field of certification.
• Fluent German and English (B2) language skills
