What you can expect:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager (m/f/d) to join our Team International. In this role, you will play a central part in driving our international sales strategy and expanding our market presence in the photovoltaics sector.

Tasks:

  • Collaborate with procurement and construction departments for accurate EPC cost estimates and budgets
  • Improve cost estimation quality through data analysis
  • Support the Project Managers in decision-making and process enhancement
  • Participate in EPC tenders to optimize efficiency
  • Drive international sales strategy to meet the goals of our Profit Center
  • Coordinate with Head of Profit Center for strategy alignment
  • Identify new markets and potential customers
  • Establish and maintain strong customer and partner relationships
  • Lead sales and EPC negotiation discussions
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders for effective negotiations
  • Provide project management support for successful project delivery

Profile:

  • Minimum of two years of professional experience in B2B sales
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as ability to explain complex technical topics
  • Technical affinity for onsite and offsite photovoltaic generation projects and energy storage
  • Business fluent in English
  • Fluent Italian language skills are an advantage
  • Self-driven, flexible, proactive individual who is able to identify priorities and meet tight deadlines
  • Willingness to travel
