Sales Assistant (m/f/d)

What you can expect:

We are seeking a determined and committed individual to join our team as a Sales Assistant (m/f/d). This role offers the opportunity to contribute to our dynamic team and support our sales efforts in the Poland area.

Tasks:

• Project support for sales staff and team management by participating in the tender process, creating projects, and supporting after-sales service and customer retention.
• Project support in processing by participating in tenders and awarding contracts.
• Correspondence with customers, partners, and subcontractors in Polish and English.
• Participation in the processing of tenders and awarding of contracts.
• Trade fair and event planning for the department as well as travel planning and calendar organization.
• Preparing presentations, offers, and contracts in collaboration with sales staff and team leaders.
• Integration of marketing topics and maintenance of social media posts for the team.

Profile:

• Completed apprenticeship or completed studies.
• First professional experience in project or process management or as a project assistant is an advantage.
• Very good written and spoken Polish and English skills.
• Confident handling of MS Office and affinity for working with ERP systems.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to grasp things quickly.
• Proactive, structured, and results-oriented way of working as well as organizational talent.
• Confident appearance combined with strong communication and assertiveness as well as enjoyment of teamwork.
