Electrical Engineer (m/f/d)

What you can expect:

We are looking for an Electrical Engineer (m/f/d) to join our Team International to support our projects in the UK. You will be responsible for the electrical engineering design and planning of ground-mounted photovoltaic systems, ensuring the smooth implementation of our projects.

Tasks:

• Preparation of electrical designs during the tender process
• Collaborating with the sales team and PV designer to ensure that planning conditions, customer requirements and electrical requirements are aligned, including support with PV system reporting
• Planning support during the construction phase
• Site visits before construction, during the tendering phase and during construction
• Assistance with vetting of electrical suppliers

Profile:

• Successfully completed bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or similar
• Relevant professional experience in designing utility-scale PV sites
• Very good understanding of the solar market in the UK with outstanding knowledge of all electrical regulations
• Knowledge in AutoCAD and PVSyst
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• IT affinity as well as quick comprehension skills
• Independent and detail-oriented way of working
