Global Process and Data Director (all genders)

We are looking for a strong personality with expertise in business process design and a high affinity for data. In this forward-looking position with direct reporting line to the CEO, you will be responsible for the expansion of GELITA's global process and data organization. The goal is to strengthen an overarching process orientation and to create a transparent data world. You will work in coordination with the parallel SAP S/4HANA implementation and be responsible for transferring the process and data organization from a project organization to permanent structures.

Your responsibilities:

• Responsibility and coordination of the global process and data organization
• Lead our Global Process Owners and Data Stewards in the matrix organization and work closely with our IT team
• Drive standardization, harmonization and simplification of end-to-end processes
• Global responsibility for data cleansing, harmonization and migration of relevant master and business data in the global SAP roll-out
• Identification, evaluation and prioritization of measures to optimize process as well as data efficiency
• Developing and ensuring compliance with standards for high process and data quality
• Design and sustainable implementation of a process and data reporting system

Your profile:

• University degree, ideally in the field of business administration or business informatics
• Solid experience in leading projects and managing teams in the area of process or data management
• Comprehensive understanding of business processes and experience in modeling end-to-end processes in , ideally in the food industry
• At least basic knowledge of SAP S4/HANA and a strong affinity for data
• Initial experience in data analysis and interactive data preparation (e.g. PowerBI, QlikView, Tableau, Visual Analytics) an advantage
• Solution-oriented team player with a very independent way of working, strong analytical skills paired with holistic thinking
• Confident in appearance, experienced and strong in intercultural communication - with business fluent English, German language skills an advantage
