Head of Product Lifecycle Management (f/m/d)

Responsibilities

  • Conception and implementation of an integrated system landscape for our global PLM and CAD applications Teamcenter, SolidEdge, other configurators and classification systems as well as interfaces to SAP and archiving solutions
  • Contribution and drive of technical implementation to enable the transformation from our ETO business into Configure-To-Order scenarios at EagleBurgmann
  • Business partner and trusted advisor for our engineering department to gather and evaluate requirements within our demand management process to create veritable IT solution designs
  • Ensuring the quality gate of our software solutions
  • Management of IT projects and coordination of development internally (Germany & India) as well as externally with service providers
  • Ensuring ITIL Level 3 Support

Qualifications

  • University degree in technical studies, e.g. computer science or business informatics with at least 10 years of practical experience
  • Experience in the conception of process, system and data architectures in the field of engineering
  • In-depth knowledge & experience in Siemens PLM (Teamcenter) & CAD systems (SolidEdge, SolidWorks)
  • Knowledge of dealing with various XML formats in the Teamcenter environment
  • Functional leadership of IT employees in an international team setup
  • Experience in project management of software development projects
  • Professional demeanor, proactive and responsible way of working and ability to work in a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills in German and English
