Training Manager (f/m/d)

Responsibilities

  • Conduct "Sealing Technology" training for EagleBurgmann sales representatives, end users, OEM/EPC customers and partners worldwide
  • Develop customized global and region-specific training programs based on current and future needs
  • Create, deliver and regularly update training materials
  • Introduction of current trends and new training methods using best practices
  • Travel for training activities domestically as well as globally

Qualifications

  • Technology-related degree, master, technician, or other comparable qualification
  • Theoretical knowledge and practical experience in the field of sealing technology
  • At least 4 years of working experience in a technical capacity related to mechanical seals or rotating equipment
  • Able to prioritize tasks; adaptable to change; multitask efficiently
  • Proficient in business-level English and German (minimum B2+ or C)
  • European drivers’ license class B
