You support our team as

Director Corporate Financial Reporting (f/m/d)

Responsibilities

  • You execute the consolidation of group financials (e.g. Intercompany sales, profit elimination)
  • You translate changes in business processes into consolidation logic (in close alignment with technical team)
  • Related to group consolidation on entity levels, including data quality checks, you manage the monthly and quarterly financial closing activities
  • For financial statement preparation, you control and monitor P&L and Balance Sheet inputs
  • You execute Accounting standards (IFRS) in corporate reporting
  • You book Group journal entries and corrections
  • With testing and validation of new concepts, you support HFM technical development
  • You perform routine maintenance of existing input templates and interface files
  • You manage the Planning input process (e.g. user training, data consistency checks)
  • You supervise, coach, mentor, build-up, and efficiently lead the Corporate Reporting Department

Qualifications

  • You own an university degree in business administration, finance or accounting, CPA or equivalent certification
  • Minimum 10 years of experiences in Finance or Controlling in a global, ideally in a publically traded organization
  • You have collected significant experience in execution of group consolidation
  • Strong background in accounting processes and accounting standards (IFRS)
  • Routine handling of SAP and Hyperion (HFM)
  • Excellent communication skills, strong analytical mindset and a structured way of working
  • Strong German and fluent in English skills, written and spoken, round off your profile
