You support our team as

HR Generalist (f/m/d)

Responsibilities

  • Recruiting of employees
  • Advice and support of the employees
  • Implementation of personnel measures subject to co-determination
  • Cooperation with works council
  • Implementation and contribution of new processes
  • Development of excisting HR processes and tools
  • Conception, support and planning of further training measures
  • Handling administrative tasks

Qualifications

  • University degree in business administration
  • At least 2 year professional experience, engaged young professionals
  • Professional experience in HR, labour law, works constitution law
  • Very good English skills writen and spoken
  • Outstanding communication- and integration skills
  • Open-minded, teamplayer, very independent way of working
  • Knowledge of MS-Office, SAP R/3 and Workday
