Global Expert Dangerous Goods, Safety and Waste (f/m/d)

Responsibilities

  • Development and improvement of health protection and health culture in the field of global logistics.
  • Development of measures for the prevention of work-related illnesses
  • Development of healthy framework conditions in the sense of "New Work" for the area of global logistics
  • Advising managers and employees on health-related issues
  • Identification of health-related needs for action and derivation of necessary measures
  • Implementing appropriate measures in cooperation with managers and colleagues
  • Management of projects for the optimization of logistics-relevant DGSW topics
  • Preparation of project master plans, planning of resources, development of project budgets and control of project costs
  • Preparation of kickoff and project presentations up to the creation of management level presentations
  • Supporting process implementation of achieved results from projects
  • Ensuring project goals are achieved on time and within budget
  • Standardization and harmonization of processes in global logistics
  • Writing regular reports on HSE and sustainability related activities and metrics

Qualifications

  • Degree in business administration or industrial engineering or comparable
  • Several years of professional experience in the field of logistics and project management
  • Very good IT skills, especially SAP
  • Process thinking/process design
  • Team orientation and outstanding social skills
  • Personally and professionally convincing personality
  • High motivation, active contribution of ideas for further development and optimization
  • Very good knowledge of English and another foreign language desirable
  • High stress stability
