Reliability Engineer (f/m/d)

Responsibilities

• Carrying out damage analyses and root cause analyses of EB products - in particular mechanical seals
• Supporting the EB organization with technical problems in connection with the product function in the aftermarket
• Processing and management of complex RCAs in close cooperation with all internal and external parties involved
• Close cooperation and coordination with the EB sales organization
• Ensuring compliance with defined processes and their continuous improvement in the role of CLF (Corporate Lead Function)

Qualifications

• Completed technical studies as a mechanical/industrial engineer or comparable qualification
• Solid technical knowledge in the field of mechanical seal and application technology as well as of the associated supply systems
• Experience in the field of failure analysis and carrying out root cause analyses is an advantage
• Confident handling of MS Office, SAP knowledge desirable
• Independent, structured way of working as well as ability to work in a team
• High degree of personal responsibility, flexibility and assertiveness
• Strong communication skills in German and English as well as willingness to travel worldwide
