YOUR TASKS

  • You will be responsible for our sales in The Netherlands and lead a small sales team in our Hilversum facility. You will also serve selected (major-key) accounts directly by yourself. This a great opportunity to further successfully develop your career!
  • Take care of our Burner and Boiler local customers and strengthen our position as a first-choice partner
  • Develop and maintain sales plans to defend and grow our business
  • Negotiate key contractual & commercial terms at appointed (key) accounts
  • Manage, guide and support your team of sales colleagues within The Netherlands (3FTE)
  • Attend Head Office workshops, exhibitions & sales meetings as required

YOUR PROFILE

  • Experience as OEM Account Manager or in a Business Development role
  • Knowledge of commercial burner/boiler market
  • Formal mechanical/engineering qualification is an advantage but secondary to a proven business development background
  • You follow a results driven, customer orientated approach and have a mentality to look for new opportunities, are persistent as well as being able to work on long term projects
  • You communicate in fluent Dutch and excellent English (spoken and written) over all management levels in the industry
