You support our team as

HR Generalist with focus on payroll and recruiting (f/m/d)

Responsibilities

  • At our production site, you manage the entire payroll process using DATEV
  • You also create reports, applications, and statistics from DATEV, e.g., A1 forms and payment certificates for authorities
  • You are responsible for recruiting - especially for industrial positions - including sourcing, pre-selection, and initial interviews
  • You accompany the entire employee lifecycle, from recruiting and onboarding to departure
  • You manage all operational HR processes, including development, training and further education, as well as compensation and benefits
  • You work trustfully with the works council and relevant interest groups and take on the administrative tasks of day-to-day HR business

Qualifications

  • You have a degree in business administration with a focus on human resources and/or relevant professional experience with comparable commercial training
  • You have practical professional experience as an HR generalist or in a similar role in human resources
  • Ideally, you are familiar with operational HR work and recruiting in an operations environment
  • You are proficient in common HR systems, ideally Workday, DATEV, and time tracking tools
  • You communicate clearly, work in a structured and reliable manner, and have a strong hands-on mentality and organizational skills
  • You are fluent in spoken and written German and have a solid knowledge of English
