Service Engineer (f/m/d)
Responsibilities
- Conduct service and inspection visits at customer sites
- Implement Klüber TPM service elements and solutions
- Plan and document projects in CRM systems
- Prepare technical and commercial documentation
- Support product development with technical and market input
- Contribute to new product launches and go-to-market strategies
- Address product-related complaints and application challenges
- Provide technical support at trade shows and industry events
- Develop benefit-oriented product arguments for sales support
- Create cost-benefit analyses and customer success stories (e.g., VCS)
- Manage OEMs and secure/renew technical approvals
- Write technical articles and deliver expert presentations
- Drive cross-selling and support the sales team with technical insights
- Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and market trends
- Identify business opportunities and growth potential in the assigned region
Qualifications
- Degree in mechanical engineering or a comparable technical qualification
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Confident use of MS Office and experience with CRM systems
- Strong market and customer orientation with a proactive working style
- High level of cooperation, strong communication skills, and willingness to compromise
- Team-oriented mindset and collaborative approach
- Willingness to travel up to 60% within the assigned region
