Specialist Product Certification (f/m/d)

Responsibilities

  • Involvement in and responsibility for acquiring new product certifications, primarily in the areas of organic, drinking water, and food lubricants, as well as lubricants for gas applications
  • Ensuring that existing product certifications are maintained
  • Continuous monitoring, implementation, and ensuring compliance with applicable legal regulations
  • Maintenance of the associated raw material and product data
  • Communication with external partners and authorities at national and international level
  • Support and assistance with external audits
  • Collaboration on specialist projects relating to certification and compliance
  • Sharing your expertise with our colleagues in training courses and workshops

Qualifications

  • Degree in chemistry, food chemistry, biology, or a comparable field, or relevant vocational training with corresponding professional experience
  • Very good knowledge of chemistry and experience in interpreting standards, guidelines, and regulations
  • Ability to present complex technical content in an understandable way
  • High level of responsibility, enthusiasm, and resilience
  • Accurate, structured, independent work and reliable handling of sensitive data
  • Very good knowledge of German and good written and spoken English.
  • Good application skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of SAP EHS is an advantage
