HR Generalist (f/m/d)
Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the preparation of payroll accounting for our external service provider as well as payroll auditing and follow-up activities
- You continously support the entry, maintenance, checking and correction of master and variable data in Workday and LOGA as well as ensuring data quality
- You prepare employment contracts, employment references and all personnel-related documents
- You completely handle all administrative and organisational aspects of HR work (the entire employee life cycle from onboarding to offboarding)
- You support and advice line managers and employees regarding all HR issues
- You participate in the further development and optimization of HR processes and their digitalisation to ensure structured and efficient HR processes
Qualifications
- A completed commercial training or further qualification, e.g., as IHK-certified HR specialist, is desirable
- You already bring initial professional experience in HR
- You are familiar with HR systems (ideally P&I LOGA 3 and Workday) and have excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel
- You have solid knowledge of labor, tax, and social security law
- You stand out with strong communication skills, team spirit, and organizational talent, confidently set priorities, and work flexibly as well as results-oriented
- In addition, you communicate fluently in German and English (both at C1 level)
