Responsibilities
- Drive innovation in intelligent chassis systems!
- As Director Manager System Engineering for our Smart Leveling Systems (SLS), you play a key role in shaping the future of advanced mechatronic vehicle systems.
- You lead an open-minded, motivated team, ensuring the successful development of high-quality, cost-efficient solutions for our global customers.
- You lead and develop the System and Software Development Team for Smart Leveling Systems (SLS), both technically and disciplinarily.
- Ensuring quality, cost, and timing targets are met, you support the product development process for customers projects – from concept to series production.
- You coordinate the creation of technical requirement specifications for mechatronic system components, the control unit hardware (ECU-HW) and basic software (ECU-BSW).
- You guide your team to manage suppliers for purchased components and external development support.
- You take responsibility for budget planning, headcount management, and management reporting.
Qualifications
- A degree in vehicle engineering, mechatronics, control engineering, or a comparable field.
- Extensive experience in system and software development for electronically controlled chassis systems.
- Methodological knowledge of project and development processes in the automotive industry (A-SPICE, ISO 26262, ISO/SAE 21434).
- Proven leadership experience with interdisciplinary, intercultural, and remote teams.
- Strong communication skills with fluency in German and English round off your profile.
