Measurement Technician Operational Quality Management (f/m/d)
Responsibilities
- Programming and measurement on 3D coordinate measuring machines (Zeiss)
- Supporting the definition and improvement of quality‐related processes in the area of automated measurement
- Supporting production and assembly in root cause analyses and the implementation of corrective actions
- Introduction and testing of new quality methods and tools (e.g., QVP, MSA, SPC)
- Independent planning and execution of internal improvement and optimization projects for quality procedures and quality‐related processes
- Conducting internal training sessions
Qualifications
- Completed technical vocational training, e.g., Industrial Mechanic (f/m/d)
- Relevant professional experience in the field of 3D coordinate measuring machines
- Further training as a metrology technician (e.g., AUKOM) desirable
- Programming experience, preferably with Calypso
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Solid knowledge of quality assurance methods, quality planning, and statistics
- Experience in project management
- In-depth knowledge of quality‐related standards and regulations
- Very good technical understanding of engineering drawings
- Independent, structured working style and strong assertiveness
- Willingness to work shifts (early and late shift)
