Project Manager (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Project Manager to join us and drive the development and global rollout of harmonized project methodologies and digital engineering solutions across our organization. In this role, you will strengthen how we manage projects worldwide and contribute to the digital transformation of our engineering landscape within Endress+Hauser Group Services, our central corporate unit that supports the entire group with shared expertise and innovative solutions.

If so, this role offers you the opportunity to connect people, processes and technology within a global corporate function based in Reinach, Switzerland. You will work closely with international project teams, IT specialists and engineering partners across our production and sales centres, ensuring that our project management and engineering platforms are harmonized and future-ready.

Which tasks will you perform?

You will:

• Lead the implementation and global rollout of harmonized project function methodologies across Endress+Hauser
• Develop and continuously improve standardized project engineering processes, applications and related documentation
• Manage and coordinate IT projects within the IT Tooling Landscape program, ensuring scope, budget and timeline alignment
• Drive digitalization initiatives with a focus on engineering, working closely with internal partners worldwide
• Engage with stakeholders at all levels, fostering transparent communication and strong collaboration across regions
• Train and support international associates to ensure sustainable adoption of new tools and processes

What do we expect from you?

You:

• Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
• Bring at least 4 years of professional experience in project management, ideally in an international environment
• Have solid proficiency in established project management methodologies and know how to apply them in practice
• Communicate clearly and confidently in English at business level; additional languages are an advantage
• Demonstrate strong presentation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align diverse perspectives
• Certifications including PMP (PMI), PMI-ACP, Scrum Master or Product Owner are nice to have
