Duties and responsibilities
Procurement & Supplier Management
- You maintain and manage supplier and material master data within the ERP system
- You coordinate the operational purchasing activities: requirements clarification, obtaining quotations, processing orders, and monitoring delivery dates
- You monitor delivery schedules, track open orders and backlogs, and support the goods receipt process, including necessary corrections
- You coordinate and resolve discrepancies between purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices in close collaboration with internal stakeholders
- You handle delivery issues and supplier claims, including documentation, complaints, replacement deliveries, and credit notes
- You ensure supply and material availability in close collaboration with R&D and Finance
- You develop a concept for monitoring R&D materials
Finance & Controlling
- You will support the entire financial accounting and controlling, including monthly reporting and year-end closing according to HGB/IFRS
- You will support the approval process of investment requests in coordination with the initiator
- You will execute and support project controlling activities and monitor financial performance
- You will contribute to the development and implementation of new business processes, workflows, and structures to continuously improve the efficiency of our commercial operations
Professional competencies
- You hold a commercial qualification or a successfully completed business study
- You can demonstrate proven relevant professional experience in accounting, controlling and purchasing
- You bring strong MS Office skills and experience with SAP ERP systems, ideally SAP S/4HANA
- You work independently, cooperatively, and in a structured manner
- You communicate clearly and reliably with internal and external stakeholders
