Your Tasks

• An 18-month structured development programme that takes you through key areas of our international finance organisation – from operational business units, corporate functions at our headquarter in Mannheim and specialised financial services. You’ll gain a comprehensive understanding of our finance landscape
• International exposure: Spend the majority of your time abroad in European countries and broaden your global perspective
• Responsibility from day one: Work on real business challenges in international teams and present your solutions directly to senior leadership
• Personalised learning opportunities and targeted training will support your individual growth, helping you to build on your strengths and develop key competencies

Your Profile

• You have successfully and excellent completed Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field – ideally from an international university
• You have up to two years of relevant work experience, or you are about to complete your PhD
• First experience in one of the big consulting companies would be a benefit
• You are passionate about finance and motivated to work across Europe
• You have strong communication skills – clear, empathetic and engaging – and the ability to collaborate effectively across cultures. You don't just see working in international teams as a given; you see it as a true enrichment
• You are fluent in German and English
