We are looking for a Process Intelligence Engineer (m/f/d) to join Corporate Business Services (CBS) within the Group CFO organization.
As Process Intelligence Engineer you will play a key role in driving process improvement initiatives and leveraging technology to deliver measurable results. The position requires a strong background in Process Mining, data science/engineering, and cross-functional collaboration, along with excellent analytical and communication skills.
Your Tasks
- Support the rollout of Process Intelligence technology across E2E Finance processes (Purchase-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report)
- Analyze process inefficiencies with cross‐functional teams and derive data‐driven improvements
- Act as technical Process Intelligence expert, advising SSC clients on E2E process optimization
- Set up and operate Process Intelligence solutions, incl. data integration and modeling
- Create customized, state-of-the-art Process Intelligence solutions dashboards with defined Key Performance Indicators based on business requirements
- Develop AI‐based solutions leveraging context layer of Process Intelligence, incl. GenAI and Agentic AI
- Line management or people leadership responsibility
- Business ownership of Process Intelligence platform or processes
Your Profile
- Degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in data science, information technology, business administration, or a related field, preferably with a focus on data analytics
- 3+ years of professional experience in business process analysis or data science/data engineering, preferably in process intelligence
- Proven track record in implementing data or Process Mining tools (e.g., Python, Celonis)
- Good knowledge of relational databases or programming, e.g., SQL
- Know-how in applying and integrating automation workflows (e.g., UiPath) as well as Artificial Intelligence (Large Language Models, Microsoft Co-Pilot Studio, etc.) is beneficial
- Experience working in shared services or finance operations is beneficial
- Strong analytical mindset, able to translate complex data into business‐relevant insights
- Solid understanding of transactional Finance processes/workflows
- Strong communication skills, enabling effective interaction with both technical and non‐technical stakeholders
