Your tasks

• Performing tasks in a timely manner and in accordance with order management and sales operations processes
• Responsible for output quality of dedicated field of work (specific country and/or process activity)
• Accurately process customer orders into the company's order management system
• Ensure all order details, pricing, and customer information are entered correctly
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to clarify any order-related queries
• Communicate effectively with Sales, Customer Support, and other relevant departments as needed
• Address and resolve order-related issues promptly and efficiently
• Collaborate with the Local Sales Support team to ensure seamless coordination in the order entry process

Your profile

• Higher education preferred in the field of study: Business Administration, Sales or related faculties
• Any work experience in the field of sales support (order management), customer service, customer support highly beneficial
• Very good English skills (verbal and written – min B2 or higher)
• Other European language skills as optional
• Skilled in MS Office package (Excel)
• Knowledge of SAP system/ ERP systems as an asset
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Analytical skills
