Your tasks
- Leading the order management team, monitoring and developing team performance
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with process standards and regulations
- Conducting periodic audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Preparing and analysing reports related to data processing
- Collaborating with other departments to resolve issues related to processing
- Participating in the development and implementation to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Assisting with the preparation of budgets and forecasts related to data processing
- Communication with senior management and maintaining the excellent relationships with the stakeholders
- Proactively drives standardization and continuous improvement for processes in scope
- Participation in the transition processes and guiding the team on the best practices
Your profile
- Higher education – preferred field of study: Business Administration, Economics, Sales or related faculties.
- Min. 5 years of work experience in the field of sales operations processes including team management and professional experience in the field of in SSC
- Excellent English skills (verbal and written – B2 or higher)
- Good knowledge of SAP SD module.
- Analytical skills.
- Process transition & optimization skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency coordinating and prioritizing tasks.
- Excellent communication skills to cooperate with EMEA and global stakeholders.
- Action oriented and result driven person and continuous improvement mindset.
