KWS Group is looking for a Global Key User Finance & Intercompany Processes (m/f/d) who will play a critical role in ensuring end-to-end design, implementation, and stabilization of Finance and Intercompany processes and data within the global SAP S/4HANA GROW template . Acting as the central functional and technical interface between finance business stakeholders, IT, and external implementation partners, you ensure first‐time‐right finance design , reliable data foundations, and sustainable global process standards.

This position is unlimited and full-time , based in Berlin .

Your Responsibilities:

• Act as global process and module owner for Finance and Intercompany processes.
• Translate finance business needs into clear implementable requirements and steer the timely implementation through IT service partners.
• You are responsible for the coordination, definition, and approval of change requests for function-specific applications.
• You train and guide all finance key users.
• Prioritize and steer initiatives, coordinate backlog, sprint planning, unit & integration testing and go-live activities.
• Documentation and harmonization of finance & intercompany processes and their IT implementation.

Your Profile:

• You have successfully completed a degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a comparable field of study.
• You have several years of professional experience in the IT environment, particularly in user training and software implementation .
• Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI) and proven experience in Intercompany Accounting .
• Hands‐on experience with FI data migration and reconciliation .
• You are a team player and demonstrate initiative.
• Solid background in project management , experience with Jira sprint planning and agile delivery models .
• Strong capabilities in test management and User Acceptance Test coordination.
• Excellent process modelling and documentation skills.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills across global and cross‐functional teams.
• You are well organized, able to set the right priorities, and enjoy working independently with a high degree of responsibility.
• Hands‐on mentality with a structured and solution‐oriented approach.
• Fluent written and spoken English; German is a plus.
