What you'll do
- Lead the Market Intelligence team with a strong focus on people development, coaching and creating an environment where talented team members can grow and perform at their best
- Take end-to-end ownership of Market Intelligence streams, ensuring the quality, relevance and business impact of key programmes such as Market Modelling, Territory Optimisation and the Digital Market Twin
- Align Market Intelligence initiatives with wider Knauf and Knauf Digital priorities, turning strategic objectives into focused programmes and measurable outcomes
- Act as a trusted sparring partner for global and regional functions as well as local top management, helping stakeholders understand and apply market potential in their decision-making
- Drive a stronger data-driven culture across Knauf by delivering actionable insights, promoting the rollout of Market Intelligence programmes and increasing adoption across entities
