What you'll do

• You assist in the creation of training materials, such as e-learning modules, click guides, videos, presentations, and other resources
• By administering and maintaining the training platform, you support key users and ensure the trainings are uploaded following the global guidelines
• In order to provide clear visibility on learning progress, you generate regular reports on training data
• Through collaborating with the team, you conceptualize and execute communication plans and training initiatives
• You provide general support for enablement and change activities and projects, across functional teams

Who you are

• Currently enrolled in an advanced Bachelor's or Master's program, you bring previous work experience
• You are fluent in English with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Beyond proficiency in Microsoft Office, experience with learning management systems, content creation tools and analytics platforms is advantageous
• You are able to work independently, manage tasks in a structured and detail-oriented manner and adapt quickly to changing priorities
• Confident in producing high-quality textual and visual content, you are likewise competent in interpreting and working with data
