What you'll do

• You assist in the creation of communication and enablement materials to support key messages and encourage buy‐in across the organization
• By administering and maintaining communication channels and content repositories, you help keep information organised, accessible and up to date
• In order to support effective programme delivery, you help develop programme management approaches, co‐ordinate cross‐functional change activities and compile regular programme and communications reports
• Through collaborating with project managers and team members, you support timelines, stakeholder mapping, messaging and logistics
• You help safeguard asset quality by checking alignment with communication and brand guidelines, tone of voice and accessibility standards

Who you are

• Currently enrolled in an advanced Bachelor’s or Master’s programme, you bring prior work experience
• You are fluent in English and communicate complex ideas clearly, both in writing and verbally, German is an advantage
• Confident in crafting high quality textual and visual content, you are equally comfortable interpreting and working with data
• Beyond proficiency in Microsoft Office, you are familiar with digital collaboration tools, content creation tools and analytics platforms is beneficial
• You work independently in a structured way, adapt quickly to change, and collaborate effectively in fast paced, ever evolving environments
