We are now looking for a Head of Global Product Management - Knauf Ceiling Solutions responsible for shaping and executing the global product strategy across ceiling systems (tiles, grid, and integrated solutions), combining strategic leadership with full business accountability and translating market insights into a differentiated, high-performing and profitable portfolio.

What you’ll be doing:

• Define and own the global product and portfolio strategy to deliver profitable, sustainable growth and clear brand positioning, managing performance across revenue, margin, mix and range vitality.
• Turn customer insight and sales team perspective into a prioritised innovation pipeline and successful, on-time and in-full introductions - supported by Research and Development and Marketing, Commercial, Logistics and our production plants.
• Build and lead a high‐performing product management team and ways of working; develop and coach the team, and build capabilities through training, mentoring and succession planning
• Set and communicate the product and portfolio strategy aligned with business goals, positioning and sustainability targets; take ownership of performance (revenue, margin, mix, vitality).
• Lead the end-to-end global innovation process and pipeline in close collaboration with R&D, ensuring disciplined stage-gate execution and successful commercialisation.
• Translate strategy into delivery and lead cross-functional alignment across Product Management, Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain and Sales.
• Drive portfolio lifecycle management with a focus on value creation, simplification, and relevant differentiation.

What we’d love for you to have:

• Degree in Business studies, Marketing and Management or comparable.
• Extensive experience (10+ years) in international B2B product management or strategic marketing
• Experience in building high-performing, distributed teams, driving adoption and measurable outcomes as well as experience in change management and transformation.
• A strong record of launching products at scale and managing complex lifecycles across regions and multiple plants in construction or related industries.
• Outstanding stakeholder leadership and communication in English.
• Proven seniority with the ability to operate at executive level and lead through influence.
• Proactive, data‐led and improvement‐minded, with fluency in stage‐gate methods and modern product lifecycle management and product information management systems.
• Strategic mindset with sharp conceptual thinking and the ability to simplify complexity.
• Strong business acumen with ownership mentality for P&L and long-term value creation
• Willingness to travel internationally to markets, customers and production sites.
