What you'll do

  • In this role you will be responsible for the global planning and governance of international rollouts, including the development of a clear rollout strategy and roadmap
  • You will establish an effective rollout governance framework, ensure alignment with programme governance, and drive adherence to global standards, templates, and timelines across regions and systems
  • In the localisation phase, you will lead fit-gap workshops, document local requirements, assess the global impact of requested changes, and coordinate closely with Product and Release Management to align these with the release cycle
  • Working closely with regional teams, you will coordinate workload and rollout activities, create country-specific rollout playbooks, and participate in PI Planning events to ensure localisation impacts are properly considered
  • In addition, you will drive change management activities in the respective rollout markets and proactively escalate risks, blockers, and critical issues to the Programme Leader

Who you are

  • You hold a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a comparable field, with a Master’s degree seen as a plus
  • With several years of experience in the HR technology environment, you bring solid expertise and ideally have already worked on SuccessFactors implementations
  • You are familiar with end-to-end HRIS deployments and have hands-on experience managing multi-country rollout waves, while exposure to global HR operating models would be highly beneficial
  • Strong communication skills allow you to explain complex topics clearly and effectively to different stakeholders and audiences
  • In addition, You work confidently across functions, bring strong project management and leadership capabilities, know how to drive initiatives forward while influencing stakeholders successfully, and are willing to travel on a project basis as required
