What you'll do
- Set and steer the strategic direction for Knauf’s Data Products across integration, visualization, and AI/advanced analytics, ensuring alignment with business-, data and AI strategy
- Own portfolio governance and funding, including roadmap definition, prioritization logic, quarterly planning, value reviews, and decision forums with business and IT leaders
- Establish and evolve scalable operating models, covering data federation, agile delivery standards, KPIs, and quality frameworks to enable consistent execution across domain teams
- Maximize portfolio value and adoption, by steering product reviews, leveraging learnings and insights, and developing Product Managers, Product Owners, and teams in discovery and value‐driven delivery
- Ensure compliant, future‐ready innovation, partnering with governance, security, architecture, and platform teams to ensure smooth integration, consistent standards, and responsible use of AI across domains
Who you are
- Proven experience leading data/analytics/AI product portfolios in complex enterprise environments; including federated or data‐mesh‐like operating models
- Strong ability to translate business needs into data products with measurable value, using OKRs, KPIs, and benefit tracking
- Solid conceptual and practical understanding of data platforms and AI, including BI semantics and tools, APIs and data assets, and AI/ML delivery patterns (e.g. MLOps, Responsible AI)
- Experience with data governance, privacy, quality management, and compliance
- Excellent stakeholder leadership and change capability, combining strong communication, facilitation, and executive storytelling with hands‐on experience in agile organizations and cross‐functional transformation
