What you'll do

  • Lead the roll-out, upgrades, and optimization of SAP EWM warehousing and related automation systems (MFS/AGV), from project planning and setup through testing and go-live
  • Serve as the SAP EWM functional lead, coordinating IT process managers, application specialists, developers, testers, key users, and vendors
  • Maintain structured communication and governance with key stakeholders and steering committees to support active change and adoption management
  • Gather, consolidate, and document regular updates and reports for project teams, program management, and other stakeholders
  • Continuously evaluate innovations, new SAP EWM features, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities to improve warehouse structures, processes, and related logistics areas

Who you are

  • Proven track record of (co-) leading SAP EWM IT logistics projects, supported by deep SAP EWM/WMS expertise
  • Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach with a balanced mix of business process and IT knowledge
  • Strong sense of ownership and leadership, with the ability to guide colleagues and drive successful project delivery
  • Proficiency with project management methods and tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, MS Project) and initial expertise in agile practices
  • Fluency in German and English, with willingness to travel occasionally to Knauf sites on all continents
