As a valued Intern within our Procurement Team at Hilti, you will play an integral role in supporting sourcing activities for the Business Unit Measuring. Based in our global headquarters in Schaan, Liechtenstein, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional project teams to procure goods and services that meet our high standards for specifications, quality, and timelines.
This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, international environment while contributing to real-world projects that drive innovation and operational excellence.

What You'll do

As a Procurement Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in the end-to-end Direct Procurement process, supporting our team in sourcing activities for BU Measuring. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in the creation and management of Purchase Orders
• Supporting invoice handling and resolution of discrepancies
• Communicating with external suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on specifications, timelines, and quality expectations
• Contributing to process improvements and procurement-related projects

What You’ll Bring

• Enrolled in a Master’s program (Engineering, better if Electronics, Economics, Supply Chain Management; others are evaluated) for the entire internship period
• Discipline and attentiveness to details are requested to effectively create error-proof Contracts and Purchase Orders
• Confident in analyzing data and creating presentations
• Strong communication and logical thinking skills to successfully perform in a multiple stakeholder environment
• Fluency in spoken and written English (other languages are a plus)
