Intern – Product & Innovation Insights (m/f/x)

Where Insight Meets Investment

You will play an active role in strategic projects aimed at identifying opportunities and supporting business decisions. Together with experienced business partners, you will contribute to brand and product development by implementing new ways of discovering insights and translating them into clear, actionable business recommendations. These recommendations will be used by senior management at both global and local levels, helping to drive key actions that create differentiated products and win customer loyalty.

What You'll do

As an intern in our department, you will be part of the Product and Innovation Insights team. You will work on ad hoc market research and analytical projects to ensure customer centricity throughout the product development process, and you will also support the tracking and analysis of customer loyalty.
Your key responsibilities will include:

• Leveraging data using tools such as Power BI (or advanced Excel) to develop analyses that address a variety of business questions
• Supporting international market research and analytical projects to uncover customer insights related to portfolio management and customer satisfaction
• Developing and driving the use of social media analytics across the company to derive relevant customer insights
• Presenting the outcomes of your analyses to cross‐functional teams in order to influence and support informed business decisions

What You’ll Bring

• Enrollment for the whole internship period in a Master’s program in business, marketing, sociology, psychology, marketing research or related fields for the entire internship period
• Analytical skills (working with multiple data sources, market research experience is a plus), project planning, and priority setting
• Capability to explain and display complex topics in a simple way
• Internship experience, international experience (internship and/or exchange)
• Ability to teamwork, influence, effectively present and communicate in English
• Engagement in extracurricular activities, high motivations and level of energy
