Join Hilti’s Cyber Security Career Starter Program: a one-year, full-time career development program designed for recent graduates. Gain hands-on experience through preplanned job rotations aligned to your future role, supported by technical training and personal coaching. This program prepares you for a permanent cybersecurity position within Hilti, enabling you to grow your career in a global organization.

What You'll do

Cybersecurity is a strategic priority at Hilti, and we’re investing in the next generation of talent to shape our future. The Cyber Security Career Starter Program develops recent graduates for long-term careers within our global team.
Landing roles include:
1. Digital Business Analyst

• Cyber Risk Management: Identify and assess risks to keep our ecosystem secure.
• Cybersecurity Consulting: Advise teams on best practices to strengthen security.
• Vulnerability Management: Monitor and prioritize vulnerabilities to close gaps.
• Operational Technology (OT) Security: Protect industrial systems with cybersecurity controls.
  2. Cybersecurity Engineer
• Identity & Access Management (IAM): Automate and manage user access securely.
• Cyber Defence (SIEM, SOAR, XDR): Configure platforms that detect and respond to threats.
  3. Security Consultant
• Incident Response: Contain and resolve security incidents to protect data.
• Offensive Security: Test systems for weaknesses to strengthen defences.
  Throughout the program, you’ll engage in:
• Preplanned rotations based on your future role.
• Hands-on project work across different cybersecurity teams.
• Role-specific technical training, mentoring, and personal coaching.
• Flexible start date based on your availability.

What You’ll Bring

To help you succeed, we’ll provide you with everything you need so that we’re driving impact together from day one. You’ll find a stable working environment, exceptional support, learning and development, and a great team around you. Here’s what you’ll need to bring with you:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, Cybersecurity, or related fields.
• No more than two years’ working experience (excluding internships and apprenticeships).
• Passionate about building a cybersecurity career.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
