Network and Replenishment Planner

Drive innovation and efficiency across the supply chain with impactful planning and execution

Design, development and implementation of materials management strategies & concepts along the Supply Chain. Key driver to assure sustainable Process Excellence (Planning & Execution) in a multi echelon supply structure. To manage the flow of materials within the respective market organization ensuring that there is an optimization of stock and service level at all locations in line with company objectives. Work across teams in a solid and dotted line organization to deliver expected business results and high employee satisfaction.

What You'll do

• Master Data Maintenance: - Curate and monitor Material Data, ensuring Inventory Controls are implemented in the ERP through regression testing.
• KPI Monitoring and Decision Analysis: Developing automated tools to monitor and track inventory health and performance. Generate fluid dashboards and reports to provide predictive and actionable insights.
• MM Process Improvement: Drive continuous process improvement through best practices exchange with Hilti Markets across the globe.
• New Product stock planning: Work in synergy with Marketing to deliver successful new product launches, end-to-end planning and execution of inventory phase – in and phase – out.
• Network Replenishment: Plan, Optimize and Monitor internal replenishment of inventory to Distribution Centers and Hilti Stores, ensuring stock levels.
• Inventory Reordering Process: Maintain ordering logic and data for inventory re-order levels.
• Stock planning, S&OP forecast and release of purchasing orders to ensure targeted product availability at optimum inventory levels with pro-active management of system / planning alerts
• Partner with Sales, Marketing and Finance to achieve targeted sales and delivery performance
• Complete materials management ownership for assigned Business units in coordination with Product Managers to ensure availability, new product launches and resolution of sales queries.

What You’ll Bring

• Overall Experience 1-3 Years
• Supply chain know-how and/or experience in process management
• Highly resourceful in systematic problem solving and analytical thinking
• Has very good process and system know-how in multiple Supply Chain processes
• Great attention to detail whilst maintaining focus on the bigger picture
• Cross-functional and local operational view
• Has very good negotiation, communication & interpersonal skills
