You support our team as

R&D Chemist Industrial Parts Cleaning (f/m/d)

Responsibilities

  • Development: Drive R&D projects in the field of industrial parts cleaning (IPC), from concept to series production
  • Testing: Plan and perform lab-scale experiments including documentation of test results
  • Characterization: Analyze treated surfaces using physical and chemical measurement methods
  • Scaling: Support the transfer of lab results to pilot and production scale
  • Improvement: Evaluate and optimize materials and process parameters continuously

Qualifications

  • Education: University degree in chemistry, preferably with a focus on organic or inorganic chemistry, or a comparable qualification
  • Experience: 2–5 years of relevant industry experience in surface treatment or R&D preferred, with initial experience in leading project teams considered an advantage
  • Skills: Strong analytical thinking and a structured, solution-oriented approach, combined with strong communication skills
  • Mindset: Enthusiasm for hands-on experimental work, strong attention to detail, and confidence in communicating and collaborating with colleagues and cross-functional teams
  • Languages: Good spoken and written English; German skills are a plus
