You support our team as

Customer Service Specialist (f/m/d)

Responsibilities

  • Order processing, delivery coordination, and invoicing using SAP ERP
  • Monitoring and tracking of order fulfillment
  • Preparation of transport documents for non-hazardous and hazardous goods for road and sea transport
  • Knowledge of export procedures and customs documentation
  • Handling customer inquiries and clarifying delivery status in German and English, including monthly tracking of delivery performance
  • Recording and processing complaints and returns in the SAP C4C (CRM) system
  • Preparation of accompanying documents for occasional national and international parcel shipments
  • Participation in projects
  • Fixed-term contract for two years

Qualifications

  • Completed commercial vocational training with experience in Customer Service
  • Knowledge of ERP/SAP desirable, as well as CRM systems and MS Office
  • Basic knowledge of customs regulations and export control
  • Basic knowledge of regulations for the transport of dangerous goods – ADR / IMDG (training provided)
  • Fluent German and good command of English
  • Strong communication skills in dealing with customers; motivated, resilient, flexible, a team player, and able to work carefully and accurately
