You support our team as

(Junior) Controller (f/m/d)

Responsibilities

  • Reporting: Support monthly and quarterly reporting and prepare relevant financial data.
  • Analysis & Forecasting: Perform business analyses and contribute to forecasting activities.
  • KPI & Dashboards: Maintain and further develop KPI reports and create dashboards.
  • Performance Monitoring: Analyze performance metrics and conduct variance analyses.
  • Planning: Support budgeting and financial planning processes.
  • Business Support: Act as a contact for controlling-related topics in collaboration with the senior team.
  • Cost & Sales: Support cost center reporting, project calculations, and revenue/margin analyses.

Qualifications

  • Education: Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Controlling, Finance, or similar.
  • Experience: Initial practical experience in controlling or a finance-related role.
  • Know-how: Basic knowledge of cost accounting, financial analysis, and reporting.
  • Tools: Strong MS Office skills (especially Excel); exposure to ERP and ideally BI tools.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong numerical and analytical thinking abilities.
  • Working Style: Structured, reliable, and proactive.
  • Communication & Languages: Team-oriented with clear communication; fluent in German and English.
