Hybrid Work
At Freudenberg Performance Materials (FPM), Business Process Excellence is not a side function — it is a strategic lever. As Senior Manager Business Process Excellence, you will shape how our global organization operates, scales, and innovates. You will lead the transition of administrative activities into Shared Services, strengthen global process governance, and help our business turn transparency, data, and execution discipline into measurable value.
You support our team as:
Senior Manager Business Process Excellence (f/m/d)
Responsibilities
- Global Process Governance: You create clarity and discipline by owning and continuously evolving our global Business Process Excellence (BPE) portfolio and governance model.
- Shared Services Transformation: You lead the journey of transitioning administrative services into Shared Services Centers, unlocking efficiency, scalability, cost transparency, and service quality at enterprise level.
- Empowered Process Owners: You enable Global Process Owners to succeed by co‐creating clear roadmaps, structuring initiatives, and equipping them with methods, tools, and confidence — turning strategy into execution.
- Measurable Value Creation: You define and track strategic KPIs that make the impact of process excellence tangible — connecting improvement initiatives to business outcomes, not activity.
- Process Innovation at Scale: You accelerate modern process capabilities such as process mining, process intelligence, and digital BPM to increase transparency, insight, and proactive decision‐making.
- Future‐Ready Organization: You identify disruptive trends and emerging technologies early — and translate them into pragmatic pilots, scalable solutions, and step‐change performance improvements.
- Culture & Talent Development: You foster a culture of experimentation, continuous learning, and collaboration — and develop future leaders who can drive change across functions, regions, and hierarchies.
