(Senior) Manager – Global Finance Digitalization (Accounting) (f/m/d)
Responsibilities
- Digital roadmap execution: Drive accounting-focused initiatives as part of the global finance digitalization roadmap.
- Accounting transformation: Analyze and improve core accounting processes (e.g. closing, reporting) using automation and digital tools.
- Project delivery: Lead projects end-to-end, ensuring clear outcomes and lasting impact on finance operations.
- Stakeholder alignment: Work closely with accounting, finance, and IT stakeholders to align priorities and drive decisions.
- Technology enablement: Translate accounting requirements into system solutions and support their implementation.
- Change & adoption: Ensure teams adopt new processes and systems through effective change management and communication.
Qualifications
- Education: Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Informatics, or a related field – or comparable qualification.
- Expertise: You combine accounting knowledge with hands-on exposure to systems, automation, or digital transformation.
- Project experience: Proven track record of delivering projects within accounting or finance transformation.
- Stakeholder confidence: Ability to engage and influence stakeholders across different levels of the organization.
- Systems & automation tools: Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP FI). First experience in closing automation tools (e.g. SAP AFC, BlackLine, Trintech or similar) aisa plus.
- Languages: Fluent in English for an international working environment.
