Marketing & Communications Manager (f/m/d) fixed-term
Responsibilities
- You manage marketing communications for defined market segments (online, print, PR, events) with a focus on lead generation and customer retention
- You create diverse, professional content such as product information, presentations, promotional materials, case studies, and customer testimonials
- You are responsible for maintaining and developing website content in the CMS (TYPO3)
- You plan and implement targeted email marketing campaigns and analyze their impact
- You draft press releases and technical articles and oversee their publication
- You organize and execute trade show appearances and events, ensuring a successful brand presence
Qualifications
- You hold a college degree in business administration, marketing, communication studies, or a comparable qualification; alternatively, you have a degree in marketing
- You also have experience in marketing communications - ideally in a technically oriented B2B environment
- You are well-versed in traditional offline marketing, such as creating brochures and print materials, and are equally experienced in digital marketing (social media, email communication)
- You are proficient in MS Office; knowledge of TYPO3, PimCore, or the Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
- You also work analytically and systematically, take on responsibility, and independently familiarize yourself with new topics
- Furthermore, you possess a strong team spirit, actively support others, maintain an overview even when juggling multiple projects, and provide constructive input to ensure successful collaboration
- You communicate fluently in German (at least C 2 level) and English (at least C1 level) and handle internal and external communication with confidence
